We aim to Ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt and payment of your order. However, please allow up to a maximum of 10 days. Sometimes the allure of the sun, sand and surf proves too much for the MYO packing team and we have to round them up to come back to HQ and fulfill our orders. Don’t worry, they’re well trained and won’t get any sand – or suncream! – on your new MYOs.

Handling and custom fees may be applicable to parcels sent outside of the E.U. Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid on delivery. Sorry about that. Can’t be helped.

When can I expect my order?

Soon! When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
  • Shipping only occurs on business days – Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
  • If you have requested your initials to be embroidered within your order, please allow for an additional 4 days for your order to be shipped.

Return Policy

MYO aspire to obtain customer satisfaction. We really want you to be satisfied with your purchases and the service we offer. We will refund the entire cost of the Product(s) purchased on the site that are returned by the Customer. The Product(s) must not be worn, used or damaged. The Product(s) when returned must come with the applicable invoice that comes with your order. The Customer must provide the MYO customer service team with written confirmation of the desire to return the Product(s). Please send an email to [email protected] and list the following details: Product(s) name, Size, your name and the Unique Confirmation I.D. Please feel free to offer any other feedback that may help us to improve our customer service. The address to send any returned Product(s) is:-

The refunds will be delivered to the same structure as used for the initial payment. The Product(s) may be returned within maximum 14 (fourteen) days from delivery. MYO reserves the right to refuse the return of any Product(s) that do not adhere to the above instructions. All the delivery expenses incurred for the return are the responsibility of the Customer. MYO will without delay refund the Customer within 30 (thirty) days from the written request to return the Product(s) and receipt of the returned good(s).

MYO would recommend a courier to return the Product(s) so that the package can be tracked. MYO will not be held responsible for the compensation of lost, stolen or damaged Product(s). Better safe than sorry, we say.

Exchanges

MYO will exchange any item purchased on the site to grant credit in the amount of the original purchased product. The original Product(s) must not be worn, used or damaged. The Product(s) when returned must come with the applicable invoice that comes with your order. The Customer must provide the MYO customer service team with written confirmation of the desire to exchange the Product(s). Please send an Email to [email protected] and list the following details: Product(s) name, Size, your name, Product(s) that you wish to receive in exchange, the address for delivery and the Unique Confirmation I.D. Please feel free to offer any other feedback that may help us to improve our customer service. The address to send any returned Product(s) is:-

If the customer wishes to exchange their Product(s) more than once, the Customer will be charged for the postage of the exchanged Product(s).
